Refund & Exchange Policy

•Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

•Only one exchange or refund is allowed per order.

•Items must be in their original condition (factory packaging + ShopbySHO tag).

•Discounted, damaged, or tagless items are not eligible for return/exchange.

•Return/exchange shipping fees apply + 50 EGP repackaging fee.



Shipping Policy

•Shipping fees are non-refundable.

•The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

•Processing time: up to 5 business days.

•Items cannot be opened upon delivery.

•International shipping: available worldwide. Customers are responsible for customs duties/taxes. International orders are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.



Order & Payment

•Orders with Cash on Delivery must be confirmed via WhatsApp call from us , otherwise they will be canceled.

•New customers with orders above 5,000 EGP: full payment in advance via InstaPay is required.

•If two or more orders are canceled, or if canceled orders exceed 2,000 EGP, future orders must be prepaid online.

•Accounts with frequent cancellations are automatically blocked, and can only be unblocked after receiving more successful orders than canceled ones, with advance payment.
